Power Automate Getting Started

Platform概述

Power Automate是微软的Automation Platform, 分为云端流 (Cloud Flows, 类似Zapier) 和桌面流 (Desktop Flows, RPA机器人) . 最大优势是与Microsoft 365深度Integration, 适合已使用微软生态的Enterprise.

云端流Create

从Template Start或从空白Create. Trigger: 当收到Email/Teams Message/表单Submit/Scheduled. 动作: Send Email/Create Task/Update Excel/Send Approval. Connect器覆盖500+应用, 微软系应用Integration最深.

桌面流RPA

Power Automate Desktop可以Automation桌面操作: 模拟鼠标点击, 键盘输入, 读取屏幕Content. 适合无API的老旧系统Automation. 录制功能可以记录操作步骤Auto Generation流程.

Approval流程

内置Approval功能是Power Automate的特色: Create Approval请求→指定Approval人→Waiting响应→根据结果执行不同操作. 支持多级Approval, 并行Approval, 条件Approval. 与Teams Integration可在Teams中直接Approval.

Enterprise Deployment Suggestion

已使用Microsoft 365的Enterprise首选Power Automate. 利用现有许可证 (很多M365计划包含PA) . DLP策略控制Data流向. 环境隔离 (开发/Test/生产) . 与Power Platform其他组件 (Power Apps/Power BI) 协同.
