选择Automation Platform要考虑: 1) 易用性——你的Technical水平能否驾驭; 2) Integration范围——是否支持你用的Tool; 3) Price——按你的使用量算月费多少; 4) 功能深度——能否满足你的复杂Demand.

Zapier: 最适合Beginner

如果你完全没有Technical背景, Zapier 是最好的起点. 它的界面最直观, 应用Integration最多 (6000+) , 社区Tutorial最丰富. 缺点是Price较高, 复杂逻辑Processing能力有限. 适合: 个人User, 小Team, 简单Automation Demand.

Make: 性价比之王

Make 在功能和Price之间取得了最佳平衡. 它的Visual Edit器强大, Data Processing能力出色, Price比 Zapier 便宜 50-70%. 学习曲线稍陡但值得投入. 适合: 中小Team, 需要复杂Data Processing, Budget敏感的User.

n8n: Technical Team首选

n8n Open Source Free (自Deployment) , 灵活性最高, 可以写自定义代码. 但需要Server和基本的Technical维护能力. 适合: 有 IT 支持的Team, 对Data Privacy要求高的Enterprise, 需要深度定制的Scenario.

Power Automate: 微软生态User

如果你的Company已经在用 Microsoft 365 (Teams, Share Point, Outlook) , Power Automate 是自然选择. 它与微软生态无缝Integration, Enterprise级安全Compliance. 适合: 使用微软全家桶的Enterprise, 需要 RPA 桌面Automation的Scenario.

IFTTT: 极简Demand

IFTTT 只适合最简单的Automation Demand, 比如Intelligent家居联动, 简单的Social Media Sync. 如果你的Demand超过单步触发-动作, Suggestion直接选择 Make 或 Zapier.

我的Suggestion

大多数非Technical User Suggestion从 Make Start——它的Free tier足够学习和Test, 功能足够强大, Price合理. 等你熟悉了Automation思维, 再根据具体Demand决定是否切换Platform.
